Here for a good time? You have come to the right place! Whiskey Made Me Do It is the perfect spot to gather as friends and family for a relaxing, secluded getaway in the scenic Carter Mountain area of the Ouachita Mountains in beautiful Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions that Hochatown, Beavers Bend State Park, and Broken Bow Lake have to offer, but still only a short 10-minute drive from everything, plan to settle in at the cabin to unplug and recharge during your stay. We have everything you need to have a great, memorable stay right here at the cabin! Whiskey Made Me Do It sleeps a maximum of 13 guests.
Kitchen & Dining - Spacious open floor plan, large kitchen island with seating for 4, stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink, large dining table with seating for 10, pots, pans, dishware (regular and plastic), flatware, drinkware (regular and plastic), wine glasses, pitcher, cutting boards, bakeware, knives, coffee pot, 4-slice toaster, crock pot, toaster oven, hand mixer, can opener, wine opener, bottle opener.
Living - Spacious living room with oversized leather sofas, gas fireplace, TV, shuffleboard.
Juice Box - Two triple twin bunks (sleeps 6), foosball table, dual player arcade w/ 60 games, spike ball set, selection of games, TV, en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combo, single vanity
Fireball - King bed (sleeps 2), nightstand, TV, en suite bathroom, walk-in shower with river rock floor, single vanity
Jameson - King bed (sleeps 2), two nightstands, dresser, TV, en suite bathroom, walk-in shower with river rock floor, single vanity
Crown Royal (upstairs) - King bed (sleeps 2), twin day bed (sleeps 1), two nightstands, dresser, TV, bathroom with soaking tub, oversized dual head walk-in shower with river rock floor, single vanity
Outdoor - Fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs, front porch with 2 rocking chairs, back deck with hot tub, outdoor seating around gas fireplace and TV, outdoor dining with seating for 8, gas grill, corn hole, horseshoes, badminton, saucer swing set, hammock, seasonal trickling creek, circle drive for easy in/out boat parking
General - Washer and dryer are provided for use during your stay. Starter supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent, coffee, filters, and toiletries are provided for your stay. Propane is provided for the grill. Gas-burning fireplaces are seasonally available (October - April). Please note that exterior cabin entrances are monitored by surveillance cameras. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 13, no exceptions.

Loved it!

We felt welcomed when we arrived with the house cooled and necessities stocked. The owners thought of everything for comfort. This is one of the best vacation homes we’ve stayed in! We loved Whiskey Made Me Do It. There was so much to do there! Loved the games, the hot tub, the firepit! We stayed there all day to watch the football games and to hang out. Everything was perfect!

Was wonderful again!(last time we came w my sister and her family Dan and Tammy Allen and we reserved it under her info before. The only thing I would suggest is more shampoo and conditioner this time yāall accidentally forgot soap shampooo and conditioner which was not a big deal to us at all but I suggest this only cause last time we stayed for 4 nights ans we ran out and we had a full house Mayb leave extras by amount of people and # nights staying

This was the perfect place for a little family get away. It was located right outside of town stillClose enough though. It had everything we needed to entertain ourselves and just relax. We loved how all the rooms had names. Our adult children had fun picking out their rooms. We all enjoyed the juice box, shuffled board and playing corn hole.We enjoyed sitting outside and watching our favorite shows in the evening time and winding down in the hot tub. Wonderful Retreat

Beautiful cabin! Love the big windows and each room has it's own bathroom. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The patio and hot tub are awesome! Perfect place for families. Only a few minutes North of Hochatown. Big foot even came to visit us and brought donuts! Highly recommend this property!

A Fun Week With The Boys

Brought a group of 7 boys down to broken bow and had a blast. The rooms were great and spotless. There were plenty of TVs to hook up X-box's and watch scary movies. We loved the hot tubs. The only thing I can think that needs help are the roads to the cabin. the cabin sits in a spread-out group of homes and the only gravel roads around them are kind of bad. Just bring a truck and you'll be fine. I would defiantly book this cabin again in a heartbeat.Sensorily- The Boys

I enjoyed this cabin. The bunk/game room for the kids was perfect. I enjoyed swinging on the hammock every single day. There is a path close to the cabin which was great for walk/hiking. Itās exactly what we needed. I definitely recommend staying at this cabin

Whiskey Made Me Do It Cabin is a perfect place to sneak away and relax with small or large group! Nestled in a great location with many local areas to explore and see no matter which direction you drive! The cabin was spacious, beautiful, clean and well stocked for all you could need. The beds were comfortable and showers and bathrooms were spacious. The hospitality and no hassle check in and out are just a bonus! Would highly recommend to others as a great little getaway option and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! It was so cute and well decorated! The beds were super comfortable and our group enjoyed the many amenities. The kids especially loved the juice box room, games, hot tub, and play area. The adults loved the fire places, awesome patio/grilling area, and corn hole. The management company was great to reply to messages quickly and they were very helpful! The cabin was clean and very well kept. A few things to note for improvement or to plan for...There is no pantry and no empty cabinets to store groceries. Plan on stuffing them in around cookware or having everything out on the counter. We felt some shelves or a little cupboard would be really helpful! There were no measuring cups or spoons in the house for cooking. Overall we would not hesitate to stay here again and had a wonderful time enjoying the cabin. We highly recommend it and Marshmallow Management.

Luxury in the pines!

We LOVED everything about the cabin! Huge windows make you feel like youāre in the trees. But with all the luxurious comforts - a few of our favorite features: the fireplaces, comfy leather couches, large kitchen island, elegant baths. The kids spent most of the weekend bouncing between the hot tub, the outdoor swings, and all the indoor/outdoor games provided. Fantastic Cabin!

This cabin blew us away! We had originally booked a different cabin, but were offered a choice between this one and 3 others when our original cabin sold and was unavailable for our dates. First of all, let me say that Marshmallow Memories made that process pain free. We were really bummed about our original cabin no longer being available, but this one turned out to be even better. We were a family of 5 plus a set of grandparents. Everyone had a great time. The kids loved having their own room with bathroom. The 6 bunk beds were a huge hit as were the games in their room. My husband and myself stayed in the upstairs suite. We loved that it had its own thermostat so we could keep the room the way we prefer. The kitchen was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The outdoor area was absolutely fantastic. We definitely plan to vacation at this cabin again in the future.

The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were big, and it had everything we needed in the kitchen. We spent a lot of time outside on the swings and deck. It was a very relaxing weekend. Whiskey Made Me Do It was perfect for a guys weekend getaway. New home. Very clean. Well stocked with cookware and basic essentials. TVs all equipped with Rokus, which made streaming college football easy. Loved all of the games (cornhole, spikeball, Pac-Man console, etc). Short drive to Hochatown. We would definitely come back!
