Hibernation Station is a warm and inviting cabin nestled in the towering pines of Broken Bow, OK. In addition to beautiful mountain sunset views from the second floor, this well-appointed cabin offers four relaxing suites for couples and a spacious bunk room for the kids. Everyone can gather in the game room for a friendly game of pool, poker, arcade duel, or an overdue chat by the fire. Read on for more details by room. We can't wait to host you!
Kitchen/Dining - Dining table seats up to 12 with additional bar stool seating for 5 at the kitchen island. Kitchen also features a double oven, Keurig K-cup machine, flatware, drinkware, dishes, cookware, bakeware, kettle, crock pot, toaster, hand mixer, blender, and grilling tools.
Living - Gas fireplace, two leather sofas, two chairs, two ottomans, Smart HDTV, laundry closet.
Downstairs Bedroom #1 (sleeps 2) - King bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, Smart HDTV, closet, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Private access to first floor deck.
Downstairs Bedroom #2 (sleeps 2) - King bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, Smart HDTV, closet, en suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower. Private access to first floor deck.
Upstairs Bedroom #3 (sleeps 2) - King bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, Smart HDTV, closet, en suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower. Private access to second floor deck.
Upstairs Bedroom #4 (sleeps 2) - King bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, Smart HDTV, closet, en suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower. Private access to second floor deck.
Upstairs Bunk Room (sleeps 6) - 2 sets of triple stacked twin size bunk beds, two benches, Smart HDTV.
Upstairs Game Room (sleeps 2) - Pool table, arcade table with two stools, card table w/ 4 chairs, bar height table w/ 2 chairs, retro refrigerator, queen-size sleeper sofa, two chairs, gas fireplace, Smart HDTV, laundry closet. Access to second floor deck.
Upstairs Bathroom #5 - Double vanity, walk-in shower.
Outdoor - Cabin has upper and lower decks with upper offering beautiful sunset views over the mountains. Decks also feature built-in outdoor kitchen with 4-burner gas grill and outdoor refrigerator, Smart HDTVs, outdoor seating area, gas fireplace, swing bed, outdoor dining table, four sun loungers, 2 egg chairs, second outdoor seating area with firepit table, hot tub gazebo, fire pit with seating for 8, corn hole, and giant Connect4.
General - Cabin is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with payment of pet fee. Large flat circle drive for easy in/out boat parking, EV charger available, Smart HDTVs throughout cabin with YouTubeTV for local channels on all televisions provided on common area TVs, firewood provided but not guaranteed. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Note that cabin uses exterior security cameras. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 16 guests, no exceptions.

The PERFECT cabin for a large family!

Hibernation Station is a MUST for your Hochatown Stay
by Carolyn S.Our family just finished an incredible week at Hibernation Station and couldn\'t have been more pleased/impressed! As others have reviewed, this cabin has it all...from the comforts, to the views, to the appliances, to the layout, and all the extras that are included! We loved our time on the patios (upstairs and downstairs), in the game room, by the fire pit, in the hot tub...the entire experience was incredible. We have rented many places during the years, and Hibernation Station is at the top in terms of location, amenities, beauty and all the extras the owners have invested in making this a great place to stay. We were sad to leave but already making plans for a return! The folks at Marshmallow Memories have been great to work with for both rentals I have secured with them during the last year.
Amazing cabin!
by Terri M.We had a wonderful time at Hibernation Station. The cabin was beautiful and fully stocked. The kids played games upstairs and the adults gathered downstairs. The downstairs patio was a great place for coffee each morning and the fire pit was perfect for roasting marshmallows. The upstairs patio was great for star gazing at night. We will definitely be back and we thank Marshmallow Memories for being so easy to work with.
An Amazing Cabin!
by David DanielsWe have stayed at a dozen Broken Bow cabins—most of them very nice—but Hibernation Station is top of our list. The beautiful cabin, set at the top of a hill for great sunsets, is huge with 2 living spaces and chock-full of amenities. Small provisions like Keurig pods, lots of spices, two washing machines, an extra ice machine, double decks, plush hot tub towels, and outdoor fireplace, fire pit AND gas fire pit on the top deck make this place amazing. The owner hasn’t skimped on all the appliances, ample silverware/place settings and throws around the house. All the “little thing” add up to a perfect setting. We’ll be back!
