Are you looking for a luxurious couple's retreat or a chic small family getaway? Look no further than Evergreen. This cabin carries soft sage tones through the farmhouse décor with sprinkles of nature throughout the interior that brings the peacefulness of Broken Bow's 80-ft tall pine trees and vibrant evergreens into the cabin for a truly memorable stay.
Evergreen is a modern chic farmhouse-style luxury retreat seated near the end of a cul-de-sac in the Timber Creek neighborhood. This 1-bedroom, 1-1/2 bathroom plus loft cabin is 1,400 sq-ft with hardwood floors, white shiplap interior, modern furnishings, and splashes of sage throughout. The cabin is conveniently located minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and several other local attractions.
Master Bedroom & Bathroom - The master bedroom features a king bed, two nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan, 55" 4K HDTV, closet, and private access to the back deck. The spacious en suite bathroom offers a double vanity, walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and wand, "His and Hers" spa robes, Beekman 1802 toiletries, and a private water closet designed to immerse you in the relaxing vibes of nature.
Upstairs Loft & Balcony - Take a walk up the stairs to find a perfect space for the kids or a cozy place to cuddle for the adults. The loft features a queen size sleeper sofa, two ottomans, and a 55" 4K HDTV. Take a walk outside to the "treehouse" where you can relax amongst the pines on one of the two swinging beds on the spacious upstairs balcony.
Indoor Living - Open floorplan with designer lighting, ceiling fan, 55" 4K HDTV, modern farmhouse décor with splashes of sage, indoor gas fireplace, premium leather sectional sofa with 4 USB ports, dining table with seating for 6, chair seating for 3, and a cabinet with a selection of games. There is also a half bath and a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.
Outdoor Living - The expansive deck is an extension of entertaining overlooking a seasonal creek that includes an outdoor seating and dining area, gas grill, outdoor gas fireplace, 55" 4K HDTV, and a hot tub. Head down the staircase for a little nighttime stargazing by the seasonal creek or warm up by the wood-burning fire pit while roasting marshmallows.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and eat meals during your stay. In the kitchen you will find stainless steel appliances, gas stovetop, island with barstool seating for 4, Keurig dual coffee maker, blender, full knife set, crock pot, mixer, toaster, ice maker, drinkware, flatware, and two sets of dishware for outdoor and indoor use.
General Information - This cabin is not suitable for pets. We appreciate your understanding. YouTube TV streaming service available for guest use. The cabin's circle drive provides ample space for boat parking if you're looking to spend a little time on Broken Bow Lake which is only a 1.5 mile drive from the cabin. If we are missing something or you have a question I haven't answered, please feel free to reach out and I will personally respond as soon as possible. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 4, no exceptions.

I lost my on son this past November he was tragically killed by a drunk driver. He was living and working in the beautiful state of Wyoming . After losing Aaron it’s like we are constantly looking for home and we can’t find it.Our home will never be the same but this place gave us the comfort and peace we needed for the weekend! The BEST
by CharlesWe have stayed in numerous vacation rentals. Evergreen is by far the nicest and cleanest of all! It is beautifully designed and decorated inside and out. The organization and attention to detail are unbelievable. Light switches are labeled, ceiling fans have remotes with directions, etc. Nothing is left for you to have to figure out. It has all been taken care of. The kitchen is beautiful and very well appointed. The new stainless appliances, and every thing you could possibly need make cooking a pleasure. The hot tub, outdoor seating, and activities provide fun for all ages. The cabin is conveniently located and is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend this comfortable, clean,, cozy cabin!!!
Perfect in every way!
by AmandaThis cabin was absolutely beautiful. It was close enough to town but still made us feel as if we were tucked away by ourselves in the woods. We loved everything about this cabin. Our favorite thing was sitting on the beautiful back porch watching tv while the rain came down each afternoon. We loved it so much we ordered food to go from the local restaurants so we wouldn’t have to leave.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!!
by Aubrey CThe Evergreen Cabin was everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. It was clean, well maintained and so cozy! Amenities were all incredible, especially the outdoor patio. The weather was absolutely perfect while we were there, it was so peaceful laying on sofa and swings outside. You feel like you are in your own little world at the Evergreen Cabin. The cabin has everything you could need and want: fully stocked kitchen, cozy bath robes, beautiful master suite, smart tv’s..they thought of everything! The location is awesome! 10-15 minutes from great hiking areas and so close to grateful head pizza! Thank you Marshmallow Memories for a beautiful stay. We were so sad to leave and absolutely cannot wait to be back!
