Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes life happens and you need to cancel your trip. In order to best plan ahead, please see our cancellation policies below as they do vary by cabin. Note that we also offer optional travel insurance from a third-party provider at the time of checkout. This policy provides coverage and reimbursement for a variety of circumstances should you need to make a last-minute cancellation. If you decline this coverage, we will not be able to provide a refund if you cancel inside of the cancellation window.
Standard Cancellation Policy: Applies to all cabins except for the ones noted in the Pool and Large Cabin Cancellation Policy. Full refund will be provided, minus a $50 cancellation processing fee, if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to your check-in date. If cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund minus a $50 cancellation processing fee. Cancellations made inside of 14 days of your check-in date will not receive a refund. Requests to reschedule dates inside of the cancellation window are considered cancellation of the current reservation and re-booking of new dates and are subject to the cancellation policy.
Pool and Large Cabin Cancellation Policy: Applies to all cabins with private swimming pools plus Dreams & Streams. Full refund will be provided, minus a $100 cancellation processing fee, if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to your check-in date. If cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 cancellation processing fee. Cancellations made inside of 30 days of your check-in date will not receive a refund. Requests to reschedule dates inside of the cancellation window are considered cancellation of the current reservation and re-booking of new dates and are subject to the cancellation policy.
